Hola la web me da problemas y creo que es debido a que el tema está sin actualizar. Es la versión 1.6. Cómo puedo actualizarla?

Hey,

Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and update the theme to the latest version.

Since you are using a very old version, you may need to re-configure some of the options/elements.

To be on the safe side, you can create a testing environment – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and update the theme there.

We have actualized word press version, the theme and the php, and the problem persists: Don’t allow me edit pages,

Hi,

Thanks for the login details. You are still running the old version of the theme though, and that is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Could you try updating please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. I would recommend that you update on a staging version first like Yigit suggested.

we have already installed the last version, changed some plug in and the problem is over.
