Guys,
A bit of a left field – 3rd party – request here.
I have a customer who I believe uses your them on acornps.com
The person who created the site for them is not responding to requests to provide the site contents and database so it can be relocated elsewhere.
Is it possible to re-download your theme and use it on another hosting platform recreating all the pages? I have the text of all the pages so we wouldn’t need to repopulate every page.
I know it’s a long shot, but worth asking.

Hey Wagner,
I’m not sure exactly what you have access to, but you likely need access to the database in order to move the site to a different hosting provider. You could also try using a migration plugin. No data is actually stored in the theme files, so that wouldn’t make much difference unfortunately.
