    Hi,
    I have 4 tags and I would like to have them in a custom order instead of alphabetic order?

    For example, I would like Advanced tag to be at the end.

    Addition to my previous question.
    I have removed the ALL tags by using a code you provided on this page however when I reach the page with the accordion, the list opened is the one was belonging to ALL tag.

    How can I have the open by default list the BASIC tag as per my page?

    Hi Marco,

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Hi Victoria,
    Is it possible that it is possible to hide the tag ALL but this is still showing all the questions and answers belonging to the hidden tag??

    I just need to have the Q/A hidden as I have hidden the tag ALL. Then they can even stay in the order they want but at least I need to hide the questions from the hidden tag.

    Yes the tag ALL is hidden but when I open the page, by default, the list of questions and answer ALL are shown.

    I am supposed that if I hide ALL the list of the ALL tags won’t appear but at this point I would need to set another tag as default TAG.

    This is the URL. Scroll down where you have the Accordion.

    You will see a long list of questions. Well, all those are ALL questions. While the tags I have used are Advanced – basic – plans
    I would like, by default, to show the questions belonging to Basic as all is not there anymore. Is it possible doing it?

    Also how can I sort alphabetically the tags?

    Oh,
    it sounds weird. I only need to hide the long list of ALL questions.
    Do you really have nothing to suggest on about to hide this list?
