Hi, we bought your Enfold theme which is great. The problem is that we installed the demo “enfold medical” because there is an account system with sign in for customers. After we installed it we figured out that it is not there.
What should we do to activate it ?

You can simply use a plugin such as this one to create such frontend form – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-registration/ :)
