    Hey PtboRelic,

    I’ve never heard of that before, what exactly did your hosting provider change? Just so that I understand the problem correctly; you are seeing that message when you are trying to update the theme from the backend? Could you post admin login details in private so that we can try it out?

    Hi, thanks for this reply. I have let my webhost know that this problem is an issue created at their end and not yours.

    Yes, this URL is what I get when trying to “manually update” the theme. Automatic update is not linked correctly and does not work. Do you still think it is useful to look at the back end of the site? I will post admin login details if you want me to after reading this.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, I’m not sure to be honest. If your hosting provider is looking into it then maybe it’s better to let them do that first? If you should need any further help from us then just let us know here :-)
