Hello! I am trying to login to my Kresi account.
When I try to create a new account with (Email address hidden if logged out) , I am told that account already exists. When I try to re-set my password with that same email, I am told no account with that email exists. I really need to gain access to Kresi. Can you please help?

I’m not sure why you can’t create a new one, perhaps the dot in the email, or perhaps the system checks the domain, but I have never heard of and issue with that before.
Try a user email without a dot, or if you wish I can send you a password reset link to (Email address hidden if logged out)
