Hi,
We are having a problem with getting the accordion toggle element to work correctly. In the element preview it looks correct as show in this demo – https://imgur.com/bs9OrpD – but on the actual page it is only showing the last toggle. We can’t make sense of it. Steps we have taken to troubleshoot include:
– Upgrade all software
– Set Theme > Performance > Disabled JAvascript compression
– Deactivated the Responsive Accordion and Collapse plugin (we are trying to get the client to use the Enfold one instead)
– Tried removing the text block above the accordion to no avail
None of the above made a difference. I’ve posted a link to the web page in Private Content. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Hey GWS,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
Rikard
Thanks, Rickard. The temp login has been added to Private Content.
Hi,
Thanks for that. It works as expected when the parent theme is active, so this is caused by something in your child theme. I tried looking for the cause, but I couldn’t find it unfortunately. Maybe you have a clue as to which customisation you added might be causing this?
Best regards,
Rikard
Rikard,
Thank you for taking a look. We isolated a custom style on another page accordion toggle that was causing the conflict. We’ve been able to correct it. I really appreciate your guidance.
Hi,
Glad Rikard was able to help, if you have any further questions please create a new thread and we will gladly try to help you. Thank you for using Enfold.
Best regards,
Mike
