Accordion slider > Subtitle in the hidden side of the image

Hi,

I love the new accordion slider, however I was wondering if it would be possible to have some content (subtitle maybe?) on the hidden part of the image so that we can see something more than the rest of the photo when we hover the image?

Would that be easy to do?
