Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

March 17, 2020 at 1:47 pm #1193791Hi kilimats,
Regarding the dots, I have added this CSS code in Quick CSS:
#top .woocommerce-product-details__short-description ul { list-style: disc; margin-left: 20px; }
As for the Accordion slider link, is that meant for a modal popup? or you just want it to open youtube in new tab/window?
Best regards,
NikkoMarch 17, 2020 at 1:53 pm #1193793THank you so much! it is behaving correctly by opening a modal popup with youtube video but the layout is broken when opening one as shown in the video, any way to avoid that?
March 17, 2020 at 3:20 pm #1193817Hi kilimats,
I have tried to reproduce this issue on my end using most of the settings you have and I could see this bug on my end as well.
This is now reported to our devs and we’ll post the solution here on how to fix this once it’s provided to us.
We ask for your patience as it may take some time because our devs are prioritizing on other important matters as well.Best regards,
NikkoMarch 17, 2020 at 3:30 pm #1193820super! is it possible to have a workaround until then? like open in a new tab maybe?
March 17, 2020 at 4:03 pm #1193832Hi kilimats,
Yes, you’ll need to use url shortener for the youtube links so it doesn’t open in a lightbox.
Here’s an example of URL shortener: https://bitly.com/
Hope this helps.Best regards,
