    Hello,

I am on Enfold 3.5.3 and WordPress 4.5.1 and just noticed that all toggles remain open even when clicking on the +/-. I have the setting to open only one toggle at a time.

    Here is an example: https://www.wealththrunutrition.com/studies-articles

    Your help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    John

    Hi John!

Please update to enfold 3.5.4 and let us know if that seems better for you.
Thanks a lot for your time and patience

    Hello,

I updated to 3.5.4 yesterday and the Accordion toggles worked. Now today the toggles don’t work with all toggles open on the desktop and with Edge browser on mobile, but with Chrome mobile, they are closed and won’t open when tapping on the +.

    Thanks,
    John

    Hi,

Try deactivating your plugins and try refreshing your page. Ensure that all the plugins are also up to date.

If the above still does not help, could you please provide login details to your site, so that we can have a closer look. You can place the information in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Best regards,
    Jordan Powell

    Hello,

All plugins are up to date and I deactivated each one, purged cache and refreshed the page but still the same issue. In the Private Content content section is the login information.

    Thanks,

    John

    Hi,

You have two caching plugins active there, did you clear the cache from them both? When trying to find errors it’s a good idea to keep plugins like that inactive. Are we allowed to deactivate plugin in order to find the problem?

    Thanks,
    Rikard

    Hello,

Yes, you can deactivate the plugin and I did deactivate and purge the cache from both.

    Thanks,
    John

    Hi,

The issue seem to be either because the files are minified by a third party plugin which may be causing a compatibility issue. Since you mentioned that you already did a plugins compatibility test I suspect that there may be some files which are not updated correctly. There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Best regards,
    Vinnie
