    Reposting here in the Enfold sub forum – Is this the correct place? (Checking before I post website credentials)

    Just updated to Version 4.2 and accordion feature has stopped working. Url shows ……#toggle-id-1-closed on each item in accordion (…#toggle-id-2-closed).
    All toggles show closed and will not open when clicking on it.

    Can you help? this is evident on my PC as well as an alternate PC and in Chrome and IExplorer.

    Hi,

    It seems that the issue is a conflict with some other plugin OR the cache of the JS / the JS file not loadig correctly
    Can you check out by disabling for start all the other plugins please?

    Hi sproutstudio,

    What version of WordPress are you using?
    Please backup your site and consider updating to the latest version.
    If you have already updated your site to the latest version and still has issues, please create a separate thread as we will need to ask temporary login credentials (admin privileges).
    And post the details in private content. A separate thread is needed for security reasons, since private content can only be seen by both moderators and thread creator.
