    on our website the element Accordion is not working correctly.

    I already deactivated all Plugins, issue remains the same. WordPress and Enfold running in the recent version.

    Could you have a look, please?

    Hi klaaba,

    Please try reloading the theme via FTP and see if the issue persists. Rename the old enfold folder and make a new one, you can delete the renamed folder when the new one works.

    Hi Victoria,

    we had rebuilt this site from scratch six days ago. We had the theme newly installed six days ago, only then imported the content from the old website via XML.

    I’m not a programmer and so I do not know how the funcitions.php handles correctly in the child theme.

    I would need from your side a developer who looks at exactly the config.php and if necessary changes the functions.php, as indicated in your last mail.

    As I said, this is a bit too complicated for me.

    Do not you have a developer, who can also take a piece of code into his own hands and try it?

    So far, we have only bought three times your theme. But I had the impression that the previous support requests have somehow worked better.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login, I checked your site and found the error is coming from your mailchimp widget, you are getting this error:
    magnificPopup is not a function typically this occurs when jQuery is loaded in the footer, but in your case it is loading in the head. I found removing this javascript link from your widget solves:
    downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/embed.js so there seems to be a conflict.
    I recommend that you use the Enfold mailchimp widget instead of using this code.
