Dont know since when they dont opening anymore but i noticed today also found the solution why they didnt open but dont know if its the right way of working.
I turned to disable “Javascript file merging and compression” but this was always turned on so it worked before whit this setting to enable

The problem is most likely due to caching.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

looks like after a update of woocommerce that its fixed also all caches are cleaned and js/css files.. so ll let u know if the fault comes back..
