    Tried all of the usual fixes: disabled AMP, updated plugins and theme, checked the settings for mobile menus, etc.

    Hey jdonelan,
    It looks you have hidden this element from mobile view in Advanced ▸ Responsive ▸ Element Visibility, please check.
