Hello. Just started noticing a problem in this area. I created a bulleted list under the first accordion item (Domain Hosting), using Enfold. The bulleted list would never format correctly (extra line spacing, extra indents on some lines, etc.). So, I then created the bulleted list using Microsoft Word and pasted it into the accordion. Everything looked great so I saved the accordion. After refreshing the web page, the formatting was all messed up again. When I went back into Enfold…the accordion was SUPER jacked up! I’ve left everything for you to see.
Side Note: I’ve used accordions on other Enfold sites, without these formatting issues, so I’m wondering if the WP 4.3 has anything to do with this.? The other sites that are functioning properly have not had 4.3 applied yet.

RyanAugust 19, 2015 at 6:40 pm #490296Hi,
First off just revert to an earlier page revision should sort out the ‘jacked up’ state.
I’ve just created a list within an accordion element and all is OK. I have latest versions for all.
What html list structure/code you using?
August 19, 2015 at 6:46 pm #490298Revisions won’t help, as the accordion formatting has never worked correctly on this site.
Not sure what you mean by code…I’m doing a very basic billeted list, within Enfold. It looks good only while viewing within the editor. Once you leave the editor, formatting goes awry.
August 19, 2015 at 6:59 pm #490307can you post the list you’ve created within the accordion element here?
August 19, 2015 at 7:03 pm #490308You lost me again. It’s a simple bulleted list that takes 5 seconds to create.
1. Click bullet icon
2. Add text
3. SaveAugust 19, 2015 at 7:04 pm #490310just had a thought..
create your list using the text tab not the visual tab.
Use the toolbar to add the following or just manually do it,

This works for me :)
August 19, 2015 at 7:07 pm #490312Good thought, but already tried that. Same result.
I just launched a site last week, with many accordions in it…no problems. Meaning, I’ve done this before,
August 19, 2015 at 7:12 pm #490320strange, sorry I couldn’t help out. You’ll have to hang on for the Enfold support guy’s

August 19, 2015 at 8:24 pm #490381Feel free to close this ticket. Things look fine now, but the text editor of the accordion makes no sense to me. The text below is what makes the accordion look “normal”. Meaning, single spaced and aligned properly.
We can help with…
- Picking out vanity domain names
- Procurement of domains and domain hosting
- Linking domains to a web hosting account
- General account management
August 19, 2015 at 8:26 pm #490382Sorry, my last post converted the code I posted. The trick, for me at least…was to save from within the text editor and NOT go back into the visual editor. As soon as I go back into the visual editor…I have to fix the formatting again.

Sorry for the late reply, not sure if you got your problems fixed or not @rlogan2334?

RikardAugust 21, 2015 at 3:39 pm #491452Basically, every time I go into the visual editor, the formatting gets all messed up. As a workaround, I’ve just reminded myself this is going to happen and to have my FINAL draft ready to enter enter in the first time around.
Thanks for the follow up.
RyanAugust 25, 2015 at 10:52 am #492776Hi!
this is usually caused by a conflict with a plugin. Try to deactivate all of them and check if things get better for you. If that does not help, you might need to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

AndySeptember 8, 2015 at 3:27 am #499626Hi Andy
I am having the same issue. I’ve added the list in the txt (not the Visual editor) and manually created the list as follows:
- list item 1
- list item 2
Unfortunately the editor keeps messing it up and adding
- in between every
- item.
I’ve deactivated all plugins (not that many really, only WPML and brute force login protection and updraft plus backup).
Also, if I delete all theme files via FTP and then re-upload, won’t I use all the customisations?
Thanks for your help. Kindest Regards, Corina
September 8, 2015 at 3:28 am #499627sorry it formatted …. I meant … the editor keeps adding “ul” in between every “li” item…
September 8, 2015 at 5:40 pm #500031Hi!
It looks like your using Enfold 3.1.5. Update to the latest version 3.3.2 to fix the list item bug. Be sure to clear your browser cache and any caching related plugins you might have installed.
Best regards,
ElliottSeptember 9, 2015 at 12:27 pm #500337Hi Elliott
Thanks so much, that fixed it. For some reason the built in Theme Update, didn’t show me there was an update, despite “checking manually” every day for a few days… so I didn’t realise there was a newer version.
Appreciate your help. Have a great day.
Kindest Regards,
