Hello,
We have an accordion element on our FAQ page and it used to open and close based on the topic chosen but now they are all just open. I have rebuilt the page and the same issue occurs. I have very few plugins running as this is basically a static page.April 28, 2020 at 8:39 pm #1207962Hey wdrow81,
Are you running the latest version of Enfold?
Best regards,

Thanks, but the link to your login page doesn’t work, please check.
When we are able to login, can we disable plugins to test temporarily?Best regards,

I assigned this thread to myself and Mike. Mike is located in the US and I’m in Europe so whenever you let us know that you have disabled the system, either one of us will look into it as soon as possible :)
Best regards,
YigitMay 1, 2020 at 12:18 pm #1208817May 1, 2020 at 2:53 pm #1208841I’m also having problems with this accordion and several other items on my website. WordPress is up to date and also Enfold is up to date.
UPDATE: and now it is working (suddenly).

Thank you, I see that you have a “toggles.php” in your child theme and it looks like it is based on an older version, please try removing this file temporarily and save a copy of it, so the updated version in the parent theme is used.
Then clear your browser cache and check.
Then check if this corrects the accordion.Best regards,
