I have the accordions set to Elegant format so the Plus is on the right. Some of the titles are overlapping the Plus signs

It is most obvious on the bottom toggle item.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
