    Hi
    I have just updated to the latest theme and the accordion is not working. The images are skewed off the page.
    I have deactivated all plugins and the problem continues to exist.

    Also, when uploading images or videos to the media library, they are coming in as image blanks and video is the file cannot be found. You can see them on the 3 items in the media library.

    Can you please assist with these issues?

    Thanks for that. Could you turn on the Appearance->Theme Editor functionality on your installation please? If not, then please share FTP login details.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I’ve turned off the functionality to create individual CSS files for each post and page for you, and that seems to have helped. If this problem should come back after the next update, then please let us know here.

    Hi,

    That is likely not theme related, does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? You could also try to deactivate all plugins.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If it still doesn’t work when you activate a different theme, that means that it’s not caused by Enfold. The ShortPixel Image Optimizer plugin looks to be most likely candidate for causing this type of problem. Are we allowed to temporarily deactivate plugins for debugging purposes?

    Hi,

    I’m seeing the same problem when I deactivate plugins, maybe there are some limitations in your hosting subscription which might be causing this to happen? Our support is limited when it comes to problems which are not theme related unfortunately, so you might be better off posting this problem on a general WordPress help forum, or try reaching out to your hosting provider.
