Hi,
I’m having issues with the accordian. It seems I can’t add anymore tabs, page doesn’t save just spins when I save.November 10, 2017 at 10:08 am #875081Hey web4698,
I’m not sure why but you are getting the following error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
Could you try to enable debug mode: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Then copy the content of the page to a new page to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 10, 2017 at 4:28 pm #875208Ok I tried that and it crashed the site when I tried to save the new page with the plain coding I copied from the section below the advanced layout builder on the Distributor page.
Any ideas?

You are getting an error on /admin-ajax.php please try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause. I see you are using a Email JavaScript Cloaker plugin, this maybe the issue.Best regards,

VictoriaNovember 11, 2017 at 8:31 pm #875583Hi Mike,
I have disabled all plugins and it’s still crashing the site. Any other solutions?November 11, 2017 at 8:48 pm #875587I can’t even open the editing page with the accordian on now. Any ideas? I’ve disabled all plugins, removed all custom css and still a problem.
November 12, 2017 at 3:44 pm #875752Hi,
I believe what you are experiencing with the fonts is this error I’m getting:Slow network is detected. Fallback font will be used while loading
Which means that your fonts are not loading, but they are still there. I notice that every third page load your site seems down. I ran two malware test scans, from outside websites, and your site seems clean. But I suggest looking at your webhost error log & traffic log, you could be getting a lot of bot requests that is over loading your server. See if you are getting a lot of traffic from RU or China

Please look at the following error.
[09-Nov-2017 18:58:21 UTC] WordPress database error Table ‘wellington.wp_rg_lead’ doesn’t exist for query DELETE FROM wp_rg_lead WHERE id NOT IN( SELECT lead_id FROM wp_rg_lead_detail ) made by do_action_ref_array, WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, call_user_func_array, GFForms::cron, GFForms::delete_orphaned_entries
The first error is caused by plugin, something related to “wp_rg_lead”. Did you install a “lead” plugin?
[11-Nov-2017 16:36:06 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: elements in /home/tmsgraphics0116/public_html/well-labs/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-wordpress-seo/config.php on line 148
The second error is from the theme’s seo configuration but it’s not critical. I added the text to a text block and it did crashed the site. How do you restore it?
Best regards,
Ismael -
