Access to support in forum

Hi There, I actually renewed support so I could get some help fixing a few minor bugs that showed up in my theme. I can’t seem to access the submit support options though. May I get help asking my support questions?

Did you register on the support forum? If not then please try doing so.

I checked your site and I see a warning on top of the backend, is that the problem you are having? If so then please try to register your theme: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
