    Hi,
    I bought the enfold theme back in December for the company Arsandis GmbH.
    I have no invoice. I urgently need the invoice for book keeping purposes.

    I also forgot the password for my account. When asking for a new password your site tells me that the account does not exist.

    Please send me the information as soon as possible. Thanks,

    Since download and purchase processes are managed by Envato/ThemeForest, they email you the receipt. You can also login on ThemeForest and go to Downloads to find your license where you can find the purchase code to register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/

    how do I contact Envato/ThemeForest for the receipt?

    I cannot login on ThemeForest as I have lost my login credentials. Could you please send them to me please?

    Your email address is not registered in our database which means either you have not ever registered or used another email. If you have registered to our forum, please post the email address you used and we can reset your forum account.
