    Sorry to botter but I’m not sure that is the theme
    the link below is the theme that the web developer had gave us to identify it but not sure to understand cause I would like to Purshase the license to use it please.

    Hey,

    You should simply login on your ThemeForest account that you used to purchase the theme and then go to Downloads page to find your purchase code. Item in screenshot is just an example :)

    Hi,

    I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.

    The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.

    If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
    However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.

    Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.

    I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

    I believe there you might miss understand my point

    That would unfair more than disrespectful to get an illegal theme and than ask you guys for support.

    Let me re-cap I would like to Purshase a new license to have the have the right to use the theme
    as it was install by a developer, how the developer install it I do not know
    (God I hope hope it was on a legal license cause I paid them a lot of money to do the right thing, what would a plus on my frustration on these people) but one thing I want to do now: it’s doing thing the proper way the legal way the correct.
    the previous links that I send you is the one that they send me to Purshase the license, not I need to know if it the same on the link cause I have a hard time to identify it, excuse my ignorance.
    Yes I do have an account on Envato, witch I realize while you mention that themeforest is part of it.

    Sorry for the misunderstanding. I definitely misunderstood you.

    Unfortunately there are some cases. Some developers apparently do not purchase license and when users need assistance, they cannot register to our support forum and cannot update their themes. So, to make sure that this is not the case, we recommend users to contact developers and retrieve necessary information to avoid having to pay for a license again.
