    Hello,

    I am the current developer of (see below which) has purchased your Enfold theme in 2017.
    I began working on the site in late 2018 and now would like to update the Enfold theme. I don’t have access to the original account which purchased the theme on the Envato market but the owner provided me with the original purchase receipt (see below). Could you please transfer the licence to my account or at least help me recover it?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Purchase code is not registered, so you can register to our support forums using your purchase code here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start new threads under Enfold sub forum. However you would not be able to access theme files without ThemeForest account and since download and purchase processes are managed by Envato, please contact their support and ask if transferring license would be possible :)
