    hi there,
    my purchase code is 484a8227-11ff-44b1-bf79-fd0712a936b1 .
    I am having issues for below themes
    Default Demo
    Restaurant One Page Demo
    Restaurant Demo
    I clicked to import data for above themes but I can not see it as your demo. there is no images and etc. rest of them is working ok. but those 3 of them are not working. please find below a screenshot about issue.

    by the way, I did not find any email sending area for theme. I did not find any answer on your forum. I need urgent help.

    Go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.
    Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.
