    Dear support

    I am in big trouble. I need to restore a complete backup from UpdraftPlus but I cannot.

    I wrote to UpdraftPlus’ Support and they answered:

    “We have checked the console while we were accessing UpdraftPlus page, we get following JS error from your active theme:
    The resource from “https://stegemueller.dk/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/js/conditional_load/avia_google_recaptcha_front.js?ver=4.8.1” was blocked due to MIME type (“text/html”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff)

    Can you please contact enfold support to fix the above error, Unless the error is fixed it will be difficult to access the UpdraftPlus page to restore the backups as UpdraftPlus page is not accessible due to above error.”

    I really hope you can help me as I don’t know what to do.

    Hi Hanne,

    Thanks for the login details. It looks like Sucuri is blocking access to the backend:

    Access Denied – Sucuri Website Firewall

    Could you turn that off, or let us know what is required to access the backend of your site please?

    Hi Rikard

    Thank you very much for your. reply. I’m afraid I did not see the notification till now.
    I guess it was all a matter of permissions, as I found a guide for setting permissions on WPbeginners https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/ and then it was okay again.
