    Hi everyone,

I have a question about the files that are stored in connection with “Enfold Child” on the server with the WordPress installation.

I find a directory “wp-content/uploads/avia_posts_css” on our server, in which there are lots of css files. These are called e.g. “post-206.css”, whereby the number seems to be chosen arbitrarily and of course is different for each file. From the directory name I guess that the files have something to do with “Enfold Child”.

It looks like such files have only been created during 13 days (in our case between October 15th and 27th). Some days more than 10 files were created, some days nothing happened.

I have no idea why these files could have been created. Based on current experiences with ransomware, the alarm bells ring relatively quickly for me. Is there any documentation somewhere which files are somehow created in connection with “Enfold Child”?

    My webside: http://www.adapted-solutions.com

    Thank you.

    Hey Martin,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

That is the new post css mechanism and the number in the file name refers to the page ID. The css files contain custom styles for the elements within a specific page. It was introduced in the later versions of the theme.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
