    Hi,i’m reading Envato changed his policies concerning theme-support.
    Without paying a fee, you only get a 6 months theme-support.
    Including earlier bought themes…like i did with Enfold, my support started yesterday and ends within 6 months?
    I’m confused with this news.
    How is the future Enfold support going to evolve?

    Without recognising the value and work put in by you the Kriesi-team..
    But is this not going to lead to a lot of troubles and endless discussions?
    For instance, suppose there is a major Enfold-update within 7 months, which delivers me a lot of troubles, then i have to pay for extra support?
    And what with “black-hat” theme-developers?
    It’s going to be very easy now to release so called complete, ready to use themes, but soms difficult, discussable, non-100%-working items in its, to “revoke” support?

    Hey!

    It would be the best if you have contacted Envato about that. This is not our choice and if we had a choice we would stick to our old item support policy. It is something forced on authors by Envato and Themeforest. Please feel free to tell them how you feel :)
