Not sure if anyone else experienced this, but my website for down 1/2 a day due to a gateway error.
It wasn’t on the server side, and it wasn’t my security Firewall. Apparently it was theme-related :/

Any thoughts on what could have happened? To repair the site, I removed the latest theme from the server, downloaded a new copy of the theme and uploaded to the server. Seemed to fix it.

Just curious to know what could have caused the error (corruption?) that had me down for so long.

    Thanks guys!
    Justin

    Hey Justin,

Did you check the server log for error? Or do you still have the log for those days?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,

I’m not sure what could have caused that, but if overwriting the theme files helped then I’m guessing something was corrupt on your installation.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
