I keep getting 504 errors, can’t even edit a webpage..

Increasing the php max ex doesn’t help, v3.3.2 is being used.
    Any other solutions?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Jerremy-W!

Are you getting it on only one page or does it happen when you edit all pages?

Try deactivating all plugins and completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

It would also be good to check in the default theme and contact your hosting provider to see if they have any idea on what’s going on.

It happens to all pages with more than a few (e.g. 7) elements put on.

Tried all above but it doesn’t help. I don’t have the issue with the standard theme though, is there a way the php load from the theme can be decreased?

    Hi!

Sounds like a problem with the server. Have you contacted your hosting provider?

Also check your server error logs to see if there is any more useful information in there.

Increasing the php max execution time by 4 worked. Is it possible to make Enfold more lightweight myself or something in order to decrease the PHP load?

    Hi!

    How are you using enfold?
    What plugins are you using?

Please contact your hosting provider who will let you know what to do, based on the error messages!

    Regards,
    Basilis
