    Dear,

    Since yesterday, i have problems with my website, were i’m using the Enfold Theme…

    The pages aren’t loading anymore, or i takes serveral minutes(too long). And sometimes i get the error, 502 Proxy error | Error reading from remote server. I have already ask my host, there are telling me, that everything on they side is ok.. Also all my plugins deactived, but doesn’t work..

    Can you see whats wrong with the site?

    Hi Rutger,

    If you are getting a server error then your hosting provider should at least be able to tell you why you are getting it. I would try to contact them again and ask them to tell you why it’s happening, I don’t think our theme is causing an issue like that to be honest.     Hi Rikard,

    I have ask my hosting provider, but they have checked everything, but can’t find a problem with the hosting or server.
    So i have deactived all the plugins, but still get the error. Now i have activated the standard theme, Twenty Fifteen.
    And the site works fine! no error anymore. so maybe, there is something with the Theme?

    Hi,

    We would have heard about this a lot if this was a general problem with the theme, but as far as I know you are the first so I’m guessing it something specific to your site. I see that you are running 3.4.3, could you please try to update to the latest version, 3.4.7, to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
