Hi. I am having issues with a site I developed years ago. I submitted a presale question here describing the problems: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/renew-support-pre-purchase-question/.
I updated the theme as suggested, and now my drop down menus are not working properly. I was encouraged to renew support, and did so 3 days ago. Can you please assist with this issue?

Can you also give us ftp access? so we can try to enable wordpress debug and check further.
Best regards,

I can’t access the site via FTP. The menu is not working properly because site is still using an old version of the header.php file. Please make sure that every files in the theme are completely updated.
Best regards,

I have accessed it but I didn’t see any errors or the 500 internal error even after enabling wp debug. Is the 500 internal error issue already fixed? also, I noticed that the menu is positioned above the header, did you make any changes in the header?
Best regards,
NikkoOctober 20, 2017 at 8:44 pm #866850Hi,
I am not sure if the 500 internal error has been fixed with the last updates and memory upgrade – I have not been working on the site at all as I have been waiting to get the menu fixed first. I have not made any changes to the header – the menu only started appearing above the header once the theme was updated.
October 21, 2017 at 5:55 am #866966Hi,
I have not made any changes to the header
Please get a fresh copy of the header.php and the includes > helper-main-menu.php file from the latest version of the theme then override the current ones. Again, the site is still using the old templates so it’s either cached or the files have not been completely updated.
Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 21, 2017 at 3:40 pm #867053I have done what you suggested, but no luck? The menu is still positioned about the header.
October 22, 2017 at 9:06 pm #867311Hi chantalinkdesign,
Old html, that is not supposed to be there, is still there. Please update your theme via FTP or enable the Editor menu under Appearance.
Best regards,
VictoriaOctober 24, 2017 at 6:37 pm #868327I have replaced the header.php file via ftp and multiple times, and it does not work. If using Appearance > Editor, which code exactly am I removing from the header.php file?
October 26, 2017 at 7:23 am #869088Hi,
The site is still creating a “mobile-advanced” container.
<ul id="mobile-advanced" class="">// menu items here</ul>
This is not how the mobile menu works in the latest version of the theme. Please get a fresh copy of the latest version (4.2) then override the theme again manually via FTP.
Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 31, 2017 at 8:16 pm #870966Thanks. The latest version 4.2 fixed the menu issue. I am still having issues with the errors:

I have tried 3 different plugins and cannot run a backup of the site without getting an error.
