Hi,
I am a fanatic of this theme and have used it for many projects.
For some reason one of the websites I’ve built redirects to mobile.example.com rather than just showing a responsive design on the mobile version. How do I just make sure the theme is responsive on all devices?
Thank you,

Can you please give us a link to the page? Maybe, you used a redirect plugin. Deactivate all plugins. The theme is fully responsive and doesn’t have a default redirect plugin for mobile view.
Best regards,

Thank you for your response, I have deactivated all plugins and am having the same issue with the mobile version of the website. There is the link to the website: http://jensnordvig.com/. The home does load on the mobile version, but some of the other pages come back with a 404 error.
I have listed a page, below, that come back with a 404 error on the mobile version:

Thank you for using the theme. I hope you’re doing well today.
Have you tried removing the browser cache on your mobile device? Reload the page a few times. I’ll ask Josue and Yigit to check this.
Best regards,

Yes, I have also checked the mobile version of this website on multiple mobile devices (android phone, android tablet and iPhone 5). Same error persists. Thank you for your support. Please let me know of any information that you find to fix this issue.
Kind Regards,
Alex
March 5, 2014 at 7:35 pm #232883Hi!
Are you using any plugin like Jetpack to display a different theme on mobile? I have just checked your website on my iphone 4 and it does not display mobile version of Enfold
Best regards,
YigitMarch 6, 2014 at 2:02 am #233030Hi Yigit,
I have Jetpack disabled. I have viewed the site from multiple mobile devices and the page still loads at mobile.jensnordvig.com. Is there a way that I can send you screen shots of how it appears on these mobile devices?
What else could be issue?
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Kind Regards,
Alex

Do you mind creating a temporary admin login so we can take a look? You can post it here privately

Enfold does not redirect the user to a mobile page/template since it does not even come with a special “mobile” template. If a redirection script is in place I recommend to check your server configuration (especially the htaccess file and maybe the index.php file if it contains some redirection code). If this doesn’t help try to move the entire wordpress directory to a new (sub) directory and make sure that the domain points to this (sub)directory.
Cheers!
