    I am getting an error

    Please go to /home/content/p3pnexwpnas08_data01/19/2765819/html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ folder via FTP and delete events_upcoming.php file.
    If you would like us to delete it for you, please post FTP logins here privately.

    Yigit – Thank you for your help so far, the wp_admin username that I use doesn’t work and logged into the php myadmin and don’t see a wp_user

    We are going to need FTP logins to access theme files on your server. If you do not know your FTP logins, please contact your hosting provider.

    Hey,

    I deleted extra files form the theme on your installation. However issue seems to be related to your database. Issues you had during theme update would not cause issue with your database. Your hosting might have a backup.

    For the record… My site got completely busted on upgrading. Too many issues to list.. its just busted. Staging works good, but cant move it to prduction… GoDaddy says the theme is limited to one domain?!?!?

    Did something change?

    @coolwindinc     Could you please make sure you are using PHP 5.6 or higher? If you are not sure, your hosting provider can help with that too :)


    @track180     No, it should work fine on your production site as well. Could you please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and post FTP and WP admin logins in private content field?

    Please check if you have this file /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/generic-helper.class.php

    Which version of php are you running?
