    @dianajuhn     You might want to consider upgrading your php as well, you need to be running at least php5.6.3 for the code to work properly. You need to write to your hosting provider for that.


    @inekespijker     Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    I will review the link you provided. we finally solved ourselves. I already provided credentials to you when first I posted this issue (BTW)
    Just to be clear- we have same issue on other sites running php 7.0
