Hi,
@Keith
I applied the above fix by Ismael and it seems to have solved your issue, please check.Best regards,
MikeMarch 8, 2018 at 11:41 pm #924169Ok…for me it fixed the issue…but it has made ALL products show that they are out of stock, even if there is zero stock management on the product…
March 9, 2018 at 1:16 am #924199Mike,
The solution does work for me, thank you for your help!
Kahil, I don’t have the inventory issue but the products on my site are virtual.
March 9, 2018 at 1:17 am #924200Correct. The virtual products on my site are fine. The variable ones…are not.
March 9, 2018 at 4:21 am #924243Any solutions to resolve this?
March 9, 2018 at 4:32 am #924249I see there is some progress -thanks
It looks like a code patch you are requesting we do.
I bought this theme because I’m not a coding expert and would prefer an official theme update instead of patches in my code for a serious issue such as ecommerce.
Is this something that will be “fixed” soon in an update?I really appreciate your support
March 9, 2018 at 5:24 am #924256Hi,
@Kahil we reported your issue to the dev team, please open a new ticket, unless you have already done this, with a admin login in the private content area and a link to the product with the issue so the team can examine it closer.
@pathaug yes this will be applied in the next update. When issues are discovered we try to release a fix as soon as possible.Best regards,
MikeMarch 14, 2018 at 12:53 am #926351I created a new topic…but there’s really no need for admin access as the issue is known…it’s the mod code provided here. It isn’t variable compliant. While it stops the resource and 500 error issue, a side effect is that it shows every variable product as out of stock. Virtual products seem to be fine, but since most of mine are variable products, the issue is pretty big for me. Kinda screwed either way until a fix comes in.
As a point of reference, I am using the advanced layout elements to build my woocommerce pages. As the mod provided by you guys earlier requires an edit of one of those elements, it’s pretty clear the issue lies there.
March 14, 2018 at 10:36 am #926531Hi,
@kahil yes, the dev team has recognized this error since the above post and has been working on a permanent solution that will included in the next update. Thanks for your patience.Best regards,
MikeApril 4, 2018 at 12:49 pm #937108Mike, any update to this fix ? the latest version with that code patch does solve the 500 server error, but shows all variable products out of stock.
April 6, 2018 at 4:51 am #937990Hi mrkuji,
I reported this issue to our devs, they’ll be working on a solution as soon as they can.

VictoriaApril 10, 2018 at 7:57 am #939670I also use variable products and they are displaying as out of stock with Ismael’s fix.
Can you please provide a link to 4.2.4 so I can roll back.
Thanks
