    Good day

    When updating my site to the latest version I get a White Screen of death .

    I downgraded to 4.2.4 to keep the settings in place. The burger menu however is missing, please advise.

    Hi,

    There is now a black Menu link on large displays and the menu is still not displayed on mobile displays :)

    Hi,

    It seems like you have modified enfold/header.php or enfold/includes/helper-main-menu.php files on your child theme. Please copy fresh copies of those files from parent theme and apply the same changes on the files once again. Those files have been updated. I can see old mobile version in source code however it was replaced with a complete new one so it should not be there. I believe once you edit those files again, mobile menu will show up again :)

    Hi,

    At the moment the child theme has no modifications, see private screenshot. Switching to the main theme(instead of the child theme) and the problem persists.

    Hey!

    Do you know if there is some sort of caching on the server side?
    Also, could you please post new FTP logins? :)

    No caching as far as we can tell,

    The FTPS are still the same, please note that it is FTPS and not FTP, the port number is also 22,
