3 level menu – keep submenu inside parent

I’m looking for solution to create 3 level menu where last menu level (ul) stays inside parent, pushing other parent items down when open.
Also last menu level (ul) should open only when clicking arrow to open it. Just like Enfold menu works now as default in mobile.

Here is image for showing what I’m lookking for.
Number 1 is showing default menu behaviour.
Number 2 is showing what I need to have.

How to achieve this? Thank you!
