    Hi, I’m looking to import the demo for ‘Enfold Band’ but when I go to import it I notice that it’s not in the list along with Enfold Gaming and Enfold Dj. I’ve downloaded the latest version of Enfold and they don’t seem to be included. Can anyone help?

    Hi Joe,

    Please make sure you are using Enfold 4.2.2 (you can check in Appearance > Themes and click on Enfold) – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If you are, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

    Hi Yigit, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. It looks like I’m using 4.1.2.
    Do you know where can I get the latest version from – I downloaded 4.1.2 from my themeforest account only an hour or so ago so assumed this would be the latest version?

    Hi Joe,

    Themeforest is the only place where you can download the theme, and it should always be the latest version on there. Are you sure that it’s version 4.1.2? We can send you the latest version but what you download from Themeforest should always be the latest version.

    Hi Rikard,
    Yes it’s definitely 4.1.2, see screenshot in the private content box.
    I’ve just re-downloaded the Enfold theme again from Themeforest, uploaded via FTP overwriting the previous enfold folder and refreshed my page, it’s still showing as 4.1.2. I am using a child theme so not sure that matters? If not, please could you send me the latest version asap to my email address in the private message?

    Hello
    For security I’ve had to remove the temp user as there are now some server issues. Did you have chance to take a look?
    I noticed that when I uploaded Enfold to a different server it showed the latest version so this may be something to to with the server I’m using.

    Hi,

    The latest version 4.2.2 is available on themeforest. Unfortunately, we can’t send you a copy personally. Did you install and cache or minification plugins? Please disable those temporarily before or after updating the site.
