    I’ve manually installed Enfold and child, memory is 256 in wp-config file. Trying to install the 2017 demo with the LayerSlider that is on the home page. I get the error message above, and there are no layersliders available.

    I also have my own copy of layerslider plugin and used my credentials to activate it.

    This is a subdomain – a demo site for the client.

    Can you please tell me how to fix this problem? All I really want is the LayerSlider header on the homepage. Is there another place I can find and import this?

    Hey Wendy,

    I think using both the bundled and the standalone version at the same time will not work, if you want to disable the bundled version then you can try this at the bottom of you functions.php file:

    add_theme_support('deactivate_layerslider');

    Hi,

    You can create a staging site on your local installation, import the 2017 demo and then go to the Layer Slider panel. From that panel, you can export the demo sliders. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to the demos so we can’t give you a copy of the slider.
