2 Problems with the editor

Hi,

At some point I got the following 2 problems:
1. The CSS is not loading when going to edit a page. Sometimes after many refresh it will finally load, but then I still have problem number 2:
2. THe editor is not working properly:
a. When editing text blocks the text seems to be white (therefore invisible)
b. Its impossible to drag & drop any elements onto the canvas

Both problems remain even after disabling all plugins.
