I have been trying to create a 2 column full width grid, with an image for a background in each cell, and text with a call to action in each cell. Not getting it right. PLEASE HELP!!! This is ultimately going to link to 2 different blog posts – see the image below for what I’m trying to do. thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for that, I’m not sure exactly how you have done that. Could you post admin login details in private as well so that we can have a look at the backend please?

I just created two 1/2 page layout elements and put a background image in each one. I don’t know how to control the width or height of this cell though. I want the 2 images to go full width – I controlled the height by putting in separator whitespace elements above and below the text box and call to action button. How should I create this column to look like the screenshot image I showed you originally?

    thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for that, it’s a bit more clear what you have done now. You have added the text and button to the actual image which will make it very difficult to control its visibility. Would you be able to edit the images and remove the text/button and add those using builder elements/html instead maybe?

    Best regards,

Yes, I would like to build that section using the builder elements / html, but I was hoping you could tell me the best way to do this? I put those background images in place to give you an idea of what I am trying to do.

    thanks

    Hi,

Ok, I see. I think you should be able to achieve that layout using using the Special Heading/Text Block/Button layout elements and the image as a background in the column of course.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
