Only 13 sections out of 21 sections are displaying on https://heineseeds.com/hybrids. This was not an issue until I made some updates the other day. but now when I view them on a desktop, 8 grid rows will not display. they are showing on mobile.
this makes no sense to me. my updates consisted of adding a button to each cell. 3 cells per grid row. 20 grid rows… so 60 buttons. each button links to a different pdf in the media folder on the site.
my server claims the issue must be with the theme and layout. but the first 12 grid rows show just fine… and the others were all created by copying the previous grid row, and changing the contents of the cells.
some please help me figure out how to get it to display properly.

Could you post screenshots highlighting the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardOctober 1, 2024 at 7:12 pm #1468206I screen shot the whole page on this. I tried to screen shot my avid editor whole page… but it will not allow it since it is way too long…

This first screen shot show the last of the displaying grid rows…
then there are 8 more rows, not showing on the webpage, beginning with this one:

October 1, 2024 at 8:32 pm #1468211Hi,
The screenshorts of the backend looks like you have made the bullet points bold, perhaps with the “strong” tag, or perhaps another tag like “div”
You write:the 12 grid rows show just fine… and the others were all created by copying the previous grid row, and changing the contents of the cells.
It is possible that while you changed the contents of the cells you accidentally removed a closing tag and now the page is broken. Please check each one of the text elements in the “text mode” not “visual” so you can see the tags and try to fix the missing tag.
Note that if you copy text from another site and paste it into a text element in the visual mode, many times this will also copy HTML tags that you can see in the “text mode”, if allowed to stay these can cause unclosed tags that can break the page.Best regards,
MikeOctober 1, 2024 at 9:29 pm #1468213thanks.
I was able to go into each text box. high light the text, hit the clear format button, and then save. the text was set to be an h5 and bulleted… there should have been no other tags in the text…
once I did that for all 60 text boxes, and updated the page, it worked again.
thanks so much. I was at a loss. some of the text was copied from an email.. but I have no idea which text it was. so I simply did it for every one of them.
