    Hello Enfold Support!
    I want to show 3 1/3 content module side by side, but i dont know why the content modules show above each other. Can you please help?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Are you referring to the columns within the very last section of the page? The columns there are displaying side by side when we checked. Please check the screenshot in the private field.

    Would you mind providing a screenshot of the issue? You can use imgur or dropbox for the screenshot.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    The html of the columns in the page is bit different which causes the columns to not resize correctly. For example, the class name of a 1/3 column should be av_one_third, but in your installation the class name is sc-av_one_third. Please try to update the theme to version 4.8.9.1, then disable the plugins temporarily. Let us know if that helps.

    Hello Ismael!
    Thank you for your help. update to version 4.8.9.1 helped me.

    Just want to tell that the the Enfold Theme Options, the Theme Update tab show allways “No Update available” The “check manually” hyperlink helped not here. It endet that i downloaded the Enfold theme from the themeforest.net webside and reinstalled the theme.

    Thanks for your help. We can close this case.

    Hi,

    Glad to know that the update helped. Regarding the autoupdate, you may need to remove the database transients using a specialized plugin and clear the cache. Please feel free to open another thread if you need anything else.
