This one is weird, the redo of our website was solid, now today it will never complete loading. Can you take a look for me please?
All plugins and WordPress are newest version…
Also, the advanced editor does not work and in enfold/settings the main category menu does not display.

I read and was able to implement what I found on the following thread (to overlay an image on the fullscreen slider)…
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/add-an-overlay-on-fullscreen-slider/
… however, I’m having trouble making the image responsive (I want the logo to be much smaller in all layouts (Mobile portrait (320×480), Mobile landscape (480×320), Small tablet portrait (600×800), Small tablet landscape (800×600), Tablet portrait (768×1024) and Tablet landscape (1024×768)).
I also note that the fullscreen slider image itself is not responsive and wonder why this isor what I can do to remedy it?
Thanks!
Hi Enfold Team,
ich use the Enfold Standard Theme and have about 10 blog articles. All images have the same size (1000×750) and I use the following Enfold options for the blog:
Blog styling: Default (Business)
Single Post Style: Single post with big preview image
When I look into my single posts, 50% of the images are displayed correctly as a big preview image and the other 50% of the images are corpped on the top and bottom.
The only different is, that the older images (mid. 2015) are shown correctly and the newer images (2016) are shown with the crop.
What can I do?
Thank you.
Yigit, thanks for the help but that did not work. What I am trying to achieve is a 60px margin at the top (so I can have ads above) Just like this: http://www.imdb.com/. But what happens when I add margin like this..
.boxed #wrap_all {
overflow: hidden !important;
}
#wrap_all {
margin-top: 60px;
overflow: hidden !important;
position: relative;
width: 100%;
z-index: 999;
}
I get the margin but the overflow still does not hide and the page scrolls through the margin area.. Not sure what I am missing.
And when in responsive I want the margin to go away…
Still have that 6 pack of beer on the table….LOL
Hey Pas7o!
Please add following code to Quick CSS
.content, .sidebar { padding-top: 0; }
Cheers!

No, I didn’t. But whatever I do (transparency or not), why is the screen overlapping? My headers, breadcrumbs are in the main frame of the screen when they should not be. They should be at the top and the photos/main screen below the breadcrumbs. That’s how it was before.
I’m really stuck now. I had thankfully backed up my files of the website and if I restore them then I go back to the original site but which had the problem of having my Resume and Contact pages blank but which also disallow me to make any updates or amendments as I constantly get the ‘swirly’ processing icon on every edit page.
Then, if I update to the latest version of WP, the Resume and Contact pages come back, I’m also able to edit pages.. but the site in general is a total mess and I don’t know how to fix it. Either way I go, I get cornered with problems.
Thanks for any help.
Hey!
Please change the code to following one
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.responsive #top .header_bg {
opacity: 0;
z-index: -1;
}}

Hi Enfold Team!
I would like to implement an EasySlider image show on top of my home page.
The image ratio is a pretty much like a banner size (witdth of 964px and height of 244px).
Each images of the slider has a caption title that displays fine in the default configuration for large screens, but not for mobile phone/device.
The caption’stitle then completly overlaps the image, hidding everything.
So for small screen devices, I would like to move the caption’s title downwards as shown on the attached screen shot: http://i.imgur.com/dUwoGxF.jpg
In the different posts I have gone through, I found the following quick CSS code to adjust the position on the caption:
.caption_framed .slideshow_caption .avia-caption-content p, .caption_framed .slideshow_caption .avia-caption-title,
.avia-caption .avia-caption-content p, .avia-caption .avia-caption-title { position: relative; bottom: -10px; }
It works OK but if the bottom value exceeds a certain amount, the caption title gets hidden (at least the portion out of the image container/frame).
Thanks in advance for your support & advice and have a great day,
Steph.
Hi!
Please refer to my post here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/shrinking-header-on-ipad-does-not-work/#post-574636 and change file name in the code.

Hey!
Please add following code to Quick CSS

Dear Vinay,
This is the link.
Otherwise when you manage to login by using the details in the private area and go to Paris Roubaix.
http://world2cycle.com/paris-roubaix/
And please take a look at the following.
On the top left, underneath the Enfold logo, the tags are now displayed.
When you look at the edit post this should have been displayed underneath the topic Range Slider / Logo.
Also it seems that the tags are customized with the theme.
Thanks for taking the time :-)
Hi!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.av-catalogue-price {
float: left!important;
text-align: left!important;
right: auto;
top: -15px;
}
.av-catalogue-title-container {
margin-top: 15px;
}
Cheers!

Hi Isakos-Soft!
If you have not installed FontAwesome yet, you can refer to my post here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/importing-icon-from-font-awesome/#post-414749
Then add your icon in Appearance > Menus and then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.av-main-nav > li > a:hover .fa-arrow-down { display: block !important; }
.av-main-nav > li > a .fa-arrow-down { display: none; }
Please make sure that > sign is not converted to – http://i.imgur.com/IDXRZQ3.png in Quick CSS field.

Theme: Enfold, Version 2.7.1
WP: 4.4.2
Since a WP/plugin update I performed in December I cannot edit the text in the containers any more: Once I choose a page from the menu a circular “loading” icon appears and that’s it. Strangely, when I right-click on the “Edit” button and choose the option “open the link in a new window” I can edit the content again (that’s why I postponed my request). Since a few days, I also lost the LayerSlider WP plugin that seems to have come with the theme and which is used to show the banner om the frontpage. That is: I can access and edit the Slider but it is neglected by the theme and not displayed in the page any more. Any idea?
Yes of course. If you look on this page: http://www.ericsmeets.nl/testserver/het-creatieve-aanbod/workshop-fotografie-deel-1/ I would like to give the underlined h1 text on the top of the page another colour.
Ah now i know – you are talking about church demo an so i believe that you concern to this site.
You mean that login of the support page here on Kriesi!
I guess that this is in the whole BBPress package – this is the Forum Plugin you could install via Plugins – but i guess you don’t need a whole Formum Soft to login to the admin area.

Hello,
For some reason the social icons have disappeared again from the desktop site.
The mobile site is perfect.
I added the CSS you suggested above and altered it slightly.
#header_main .noLightbox.social_bookmarks.icon_count_5 {
top: 15px;
}
#top .av_header_glassy.av_header_transparency .social_bookmarks li, #top .av_header_glassy.av_header_transparency .social_bookmarks li a {
height: 45px!important;
line-height: 45px!important;
} /*corrects social header bookmarks issue*/
Perhaps there is some conflicting CSS?
Thank you,
Jas

Hi Andy,
Here is exactly what I need. I need all the thumbnails in the instagram block to be exactly the same size to the pixel. Right now if you look closer, you will see that the image blocks, and the spacing are off, both on the desktop site and the mobile site. Before I added all the CSS above, it was very obvious. The CSS made it better but does not fix the problem completely. This is a bug in the plugin. I have said this all throughout this post several times.
The image blocks in the plugin are affected by the dimensions of the image. This plugin is expecting all images that are on instagram to be perfectly square and they are not. It is possible and people frequently upload images to instagram in landscape dimension. Instagram has not, for a long time, forced the square dimension. Until this bug in this plugin is fixed I would like CSS to make these blocks exactly the same size to the pixel.
Here is your demo. If you look at it you will see that the blocks are not evenly spaced. Especially around the center block.
http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-lifestyle-blog/
Please see my annotated screenshot below.
Please alert whomever the developer is for this plugin of this bug in the code. In the mean time, if you have CSS that will fix this I’d appreciate it.
Thank you,
Jas
Hi!
Did you try the solution provided here?

Hey!
you could try to build an extra table for mobile devices only, which you can hide on desktop. You could do this at first: kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and then give your mobile table a unique css class. Then you can use a code like this:
@media screen and (min-width: 1200px) {
.my-mobile-table {
display: none;
}}
min-width stands for minimum screen size. Adjust it as needed.
Best regards,
Andy
I have a full width banner / stage on my website. I managed to get it to full width on desktop, however on mobile there are always margins left & right blocking it to go full widht.
Can you have a look at: http://www.wirliebenwasser.at and check out the mobile view?
Thanks, Marcel
