Topic: Styles not showing
Hi,
My hosting forced me to update WordPress (they did it automatically) and I’ve downloaded the last enfold version because I’ve read the topic you`ve written. My site is not working properly, the styles are not okay, I’ve tried reinstalling all the files again but nothing seems to change. I’m freaking out because I’ve lost all my enfold’s options, before updating enfold I tried to export all the theme’s changes I’ve made and It didn’t let me, an error ocurred every time i’ve tried. I decided to install the update and I made all the changes again in enfold’s options but my front end is not working properly and some enfold options are not showing at all.

Thank you but no, that doesn’t work. It moved the 1st button over, but removed the spacing at the top and moved the second button under the menu bar – see link: http://i.imgur.com/0wsyGGL.png.
I need to have both links at the top with spacing above logo as shown earlier in link: http://i.imgur.com/0KnccMX.jpg.
You can disregard – I changed the design – but you should look into the bug – sub menu added after a color section moves to the top of the page…
The bug remains – if I remove the white space element between the color section and the sub menu element – the sub menu element moves to the top of the page underneath the fullscreen slider…

I’m currently having issues with Layout Editor and Theme Options, reminiscent of those resulting from not entering the product key.
The problems started when I updated WordPress to 4.5.2.
I already updated all plugins to the newest respective versions, cleared the cache and deactivated some of the plugins. Now the header (slider) section of my homepage won’t load anymore (that wasn’t the case when all the problems started).
I just can’t figure out what went wrong. I’m using an Enfold child theme and properly entered the product key. I had had the aforementioned problems (Layout Editor and Theme options not working) before – but that was when I had forgotten to enter the product key, so all theme updates stopped at one point. Right now, I’m clueless…
I’m really looking forward to all kinds of suggestions.

Hi,
I updated to 4.5.2 tonight but the 4 x images in 1/4 elements in the top of the column on the home page are still displaying one under another in the mobile view. It’s confusing me that it is because I’ve logged a ticket to try and do that with the blog post content element that I have set up to show in two columns (which it’s just squishing in a single row on mobile). But I’ve posted another ticket about that. I’m working towards going live with this site next week so not sure if I have time to deactivate all my plugins to see if one is causing the issue. You guys have looked at a few questions I’ve had while building the site, is there any plugins in particular that you suspect could be interfering/conflicting? If it’s a bit of a needle in a haystack, I may just leave them off for now and come back to it later.

I have a number of pages on my site which have a colour section, followed by a full width submenu and then a grid row element with a 3/3 (2 +1) column layout. Inside the first column of the 2/3 grid row I have blog post content elements with two columns. These look great on Desktop and Tablet but on mobile are somewhat difficult to read (as shown in this screenshot from my iPhone 6 – http://newdev.mygc.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/2columnblogpostelement.png).
On another page I played around with pulling in the blog posts one at a time in 1/2 columns inside the 2/3 grid row, with offsets so they would flow chronologically… this looks like this on mobile – http://newdev.mygc.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/SingleColumn.png.
Is it possible to achieve this layout inside 2/3 grid row so I can use the blog post element with two columns and 8 articles displayed to a page, and pagination so people can browse older articles. I have a lot of content and the majority of visitors to our site are from mobile devices. I don’t think a single column layout with as much content as we have looks as good and I’m sure someone with more experience with CSS would be able to find a way to display the posts one under the other (unfortunately this is not my area of skill).
Be most grateful for your assistance with any CSS that will modify this view.

i have a small problem, maybe you can help me. I tried to solve it with this topic:
In firefox it works great, that the text automatically flow across the columns, but on safari, the height of the textfields is not the same. The first of the two columns filled with text is always higher.
Do you know, how can i have two colums of text of the same height + the textflow from the first to the second, while i resize it.

That is because you are using Grid Row element right below your menu. I have edited columns of your grid row and gave them 50px of top margin. Please increase the values as needed

Topic: Mobile Menu – links
Hi,
I have the mobile menu enabled on smartphones and tablets as I have quite an extensive navigation.
I would like the menu to only display the top level items on initial load and so I have checked the box so that a user needs to click on the parent menu for the sub-menus to be shown. However, in doing so, it’s actually not then possible to navigate to the parent menu.
Am I missing something? If I could set a separate mobile menu I would try and work around it by adding the parent menu into the sub-menu as well but I don’t want this also appearing on desktop.
Is there some way of being able to expand the navigation and still be able to click on the parent menu to reach those pages?

Hi,
I’ve been reading through the forum and many threads about the pros and cons of having a Sticky Mobile (and Tablet) Menu. I can see there’s more cons than pros however I was hopeful of achieving a menu effect similar to what occurs on this site (http://www.mamamia.com.au/). The menu disappears from view when you are scrolling down to read a page, but if you scroll back up it re-appears. I think this provides a great UI and would love to achieve this using Enfold.
Can you help? In my case I don’t want the top bar, only our logo and the ‘hamburger’ to show (though I am also about to try this to add search (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/search-button-for-mobile/) but I think this is added to the menu, not to the header itself.
