Also getting problems spacing between icons on mobile, even between the icons that look fine on desktop
Hi
I’ve selected the “display a small arrow that points down to the next section” in a colour section which looks great, but it’s carrying through to another colour section below – how can I stop that?
Many thanks
HI, my logo in desktop, shows blurry
the image size is: 411×146
look at: (original)

its little blurry
How to fix it?
A unique issue started happening on our site. Suddenly the first content box, usually a color section, but not limited to that, would not show up, where it has previously done so.
The only way around that is to duplicate the same section and it would appear again – only one of them, even though they are stacked on top of each other, will show. If we take either one away, it does not show. I have tried deactivating a lot of different plugins, including usual culprits like flow-flow and Vision, but no change. I also have turned all plugins off, but no change.
This issue is not consistent on all pages – I have included links below. I can also send screenshots if that helps.
Hi,
There is this thread – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/woocommerce-de-erweiterung-fur-kriesi-themes/.
I do not have any experience with German Market extension. I will ask our German speaking moderators if they have any insights. Please kindly wait to hear from them.

Here you go. I just tweaked something and one more section is now respecting the sidebar header space… but I don’t know what made the difference and the other sections are still going full-width.
As long as you’re looking around in there, could you tell me why I can’t shut off the top border on color sections? I set it in the individual sections in the Advanced Layout editor, but they still appear and I have to apply CSS to get them back off (I’ve temporarily commented them out in the child theme CSS file.
Thanks.
The code above worked to reduce the distance between the testimonial and testimonial subtitle. Thank you.
For the second point, I would like to know how to change the distance / space between the icon and:
1. the bottom of the masonry above the icon
2. the top of the masonry below the icon.
And I would also like to know how to reduce the distance between the testimonial subtitle and the icon beneath it.
Grateful for any further help :)

Hi,
I tried the solution on the above page but it didn’t work for me.
here’s a screen shot showing the NAME text still off to the left of centre.

Is there a CSS fix for this I can try?
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
Thank you for the update.
What is the actual model of the tablet? Did you check it on another tablet?
The theme contains basic schema markup, unfortunately, you can’t change it in the theme options. You can either modify the includes > helper-markup.php file or use the “avf_markup_helper_attributes” filter. Examples:

Hi,
Glad that you found a workaround. You can actually use the theme’s video element but you have to modify it a bit.

Hi,
The caption is wrapped inside an h2 tag, not h3.
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
.responsive #top .slideshow_caption h2 {
font-size: 15px !important;
}
}

Thank you for your time.
I’m not sure how else to describe this, but this is what I’m trying to do:
I have the post slider set to 4 columns on the desktop. I would like to be able to reduce the number of columns as the screen size shrinks so that the slider remains horizontal and does not go vertical. This would probably mean three at the tablet range and two for smart phones.
I have an established child theme and a bit of css code to modify three things: meta information, socket position, and main menu font size (which is on the left).
Thank you in advance.
Hi,
I am currently in a spat with my server host as the backups seem to take much longer than running on my laptop. Since I believe their server to be slow, I wanted to assist the load times of my pages so I have been looking at Google Page Insights reports and would appreciate some help in fixing some of the issues found.
I was using WP Total Cache to do some caching but I noticed in some Enfold forum posts that BWP Minify was suggested. I deactivated WPTC and activated BWP Minify instead. When I checked my site, the LayerSlider on the home page stopped working. Deactivating BWP, the LayerSlider works again.
Can you provide advice on ‘Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content’ problem as I haven’t seen anything about fixing this.
Additionally it complains about optimizing images. I download the optimized images from Page Insights but these messed up my masonry gallery. The files are titled 705×705 but Google images were only 183×183 px which left large gaps in the masonry. How can I optimize my images correctly – do I need to use something like Firebug to check the exact size of the images )it reports 232x232px) and then create an entry in a file somewhere? Why does the gallery use a 705×705 image and not something like a 300×300 image? The masonry gallery is set to flexible, 5 columns.

Hey Triceratops,
Please try this instead:
.blog .entry-content p {
line-height: 150%
margin-top: 31px;
margin-bottom: 27px;
text-align: justify;
text-justify: inter-word;
}
If that doesn’t work then please post a link to your site.

Hi,
Do you mean the space between the icon and the special heading on your front page? If not then please post a screenshot highlighting what you would like to reduce?
Try this for the testimonial part:
#top .av-large-testimonial-slider .avia-testimonial-meta {
margin: 0 !important;
}
Best regards,
Rikard
On desktop, when viewing images it is obvious that you can click to view the image in the lightbox because a circle graphic appears on curser hover. But this doesn’t happen on iPad. How do we make it obvious on ipad?
Hi. I need help with this please. I am still getting errors visible at the top of my home page. And a blank space at the top of all other pages.
I updated to version 3.8 and I have downloaded and replaced the Enfold folder via FTP. Twice.
No luck. I need to finish this site for a client.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks.
Hey!
Please try adding following code to Quick CSS
.logo { top: 15px; }
If that does not help, please post a link to your website and a screenshot showing the changes you would like to make. You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.

Yigit

Sorry Castellanero,
This script too appears on top of the page.
I left it for Yigit to see.

Hi! I have a site with the content placed within a 3/5 column to give it a nice space around. On standing tablet however the text block is a bit small. Is it possible to use 1/5 empty, 3/5 with content and 1/5 empty on desktop and have a different layout on standing iPad? On tablet I would like the content to extend further, and use more of the available space. On mobile it divides up into single columns which works fine for mobile. Only problem is with iPad portrait mode.
Best regards/
Michael
