Please copy unmodified enfold/framework/php/class-form-generator.php file and paste it inside enfold-child folder and find following at the top and remove it (please do not remove PHP opening tag)

if (  ! defined( 'AVIA_FW' ) ) exit( 'No direct script access allowed' );

and then add following code to Functions.php file of your child theme

require( 'class-form-generator.php' );

Then open class-form-generator.php file in your child theme and find

echo 'jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery(".avia_datepicker").datepicker({

and add following code right below that line

minDate: 0,

I think you forgot to add the CSS to Quick CSS:

#header .widget {
  left: 50%;
  padding-top: 0;
  position: absolute;
  top: 0;
  transform: translate(-50%);
  z-index: 999;
}

That will place it in the middle of the header :-)

Please go to Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling and edit “Main Menu sublevel Links”. Make sure to check “Apply only to mouse hover state” for hover state.

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

.html_header_top .av_bottom_nav_header .main_menu ul:first-child > li a {
    height: 80px;
    line-height: 80px;
}

Please make sure that > sign is not converted to – http://i.imgur.com/IDXRZQ3.png in Quick CSS field. I previewed the code on your site and it does look totally fine on smaller screens on my end.

If you still have issues with the code, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins in private content field. If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well.

Please enable the custom css class field: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and then edit your table element and give it a custom CSS class and then add following code to Quick CSS

display: block;
margin-top: 36px; 
}
.your-custom-class .pricing-table li {
    float: left;
    height: 46px;
    min-width: 33%;
    padding-top: 5px;
}
