Hi,
Just to confirm, as for the 3 simple boxes, are you referring to the ones with icon on top and text under it? as for changing the font in mobile we can give you a code for that, but would like to know what text you want to apply the changes? so we can give an accurate code, a screenshot would also be good.

the sidebar should be at the left top postion. becaus of the code there is an error :(

Hello Rikard,
I have checked on our Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Tablet on landscape and simulated the browser size for tablet range on my desktop and it is still giving me this error (showing part of the mobile menu).
I made sure to try different browsers and to clear the cache. Still no go.

Hello everybody, I really need your help. On the desktop looks pretty cool. But on mobile, Iphone 7, it gets really bad. It takes up a lot of space on the screen and the letters are small with a huge box.
Can you help me? How to solve this? Is it possible to stand side by side on the mobile? Same on the desktop?

1. When clicking the cart icon at the top the popup box hangs off the edge on the left.

I was wondering if someone can look into my website http://www.vancouverforliving.com and let me know why google ads are not showing up only on my HOMEPAGE, but they show in all other pages?
I figured that whichever page I set as my HOMEPAGE in Enfold Child Theme Theme Options -> Frontpage Settings the Ads just don’t show up.
I’M TALKING ABOUT iPAD ONLY. DESKTOP, LAPTOP AND iPHONE SHOWS ALL ADS ON ALL PAGES, ALL THE TIME.

We were able to build a nice home page video slider and have a few questions.1. There’s very feint / transparent play icon that appears before the video autoplays. Is there a way to remove this?
2. How can we get the video slides to endlessly loop i.e. go from last slide to first slide. It’s strange as looping behavior with layerslider has always been endless but with the new UI I can’t seem to find where we set it to endlessly loop.
3. Whenever we try to use the video layer as a background video, the entire slider disappears and has a big white space. Very odd. Any idea what’s going on there?Location and login credentials in private content. Thank you for your help!

Sucuri Security, ManageWP, and Regenerate Thumbails – if I re-activate any of these 3 plugins the Layout Builder stops loading.
I upgraded everything incase that was the issue but the problem persists.
Console error: jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:4 POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

We are sorry for the late reply, Chris. This is a tricky one.
At a certain point (when masonry is in viewport) following attribute is being added on HTML and that causes that little jump
style="overflow-y: scroll;"I tried a few things i could come up with like constantly removing style attribute from HTML and adding on page load but neither worked. Finding where it comes from and stopping it from triggering at that point would be the solution but unfortunately i cannot find where it comes from.
I will report it to our devs and ask my teammates about it but it seems like we do not have a solution for it for now.

YigitOn my site, I’m using a left sidebar that consists of a Header/Logo area at the top, Navigation buttons in the middle section, and a Widget containing a text copyright notice. Note also that I want to use a background image for the entire sidebar.
My problem is two-fold, and involves the Widget area:
1). Depending on the resolution of the screen that the site is being viewed on, the text in the widget is getting cropped so that the full content is not viewable. It does not seem to scroll or otherwise allow the full paragraph to be displayed. How can this be corrected?
2). The other issue involves the background image. Again, depending on the resolution of the screen on which the site is being viewed, if the content area is especially long, the sidebar image does not extend all the way to the bottom, and leaves the widget area and below with a white background. How do I get the background image to extend beyond the widget area, all the way to the bottom of the sidebar, regardless of how long the site’s content area may be?

Please help. I have used your template many times before, but I am starting to design a test site and I am having problems.
The page causing problems is home page.
Titled “Home Test”The Advanced Visual Editor is not working correctly. I made edits to the site using the Advanced Visual Editor.
When I log out and come back a new day and log into the Main Home page, the page is now is in “Default Editor”.
All of the content appears to be showing up with ShortCodes, etc. But when I click the “Avia Layout Builder” only the top section is in the Layout Builder. Eveything else underneath it disappears! (The speaking section / coaching section etc.)
– why isn’t it saving the page as a Visual Editor?
– why when I convert it to Visual editor does it drop information?
– how can this be fixed?However another designer is able to access the page, and it looks correct on her log in page. Her login page is displaying as a visual editor.
Help as this page is supposed to house a lot of information, and right now I can not work on or complete any more web design if it isn’t working right. It will have a total of 8 sections when done.
