    Hello! I recently purchased the Enfold theme and have enjoyed working on my business website. I started out using the parent theme. Thanks to this wonderful support network and your great documentation, I learned about the importance of creating a child theme. I imported the child theme you provided and then imported the parent settings. Everything went smoothly.

    When I was working in the parent theme, I used red as my color scheme. When I transitioned to the child theme, I switched to blue. As far as I can tell, I have removed all codes for red from the child theme, and yet, the hover color is still red! I’ve scoured the forum for solutions and have tried the following suggestions listed below (without the “1)” or the “2)”, but neither worked. I would be grateful for any help you could provide.

    1: #top .main_menu .menu ul:first-child > li a:hover { background-color: #0080b3; color: white; }

    2: .main_menu .menu ul:first-child > li a:hover { background-color: #0080b3; color: white; }

    Also, I haven’t published the site yet. I wasn’t sure if that mattered to you as you tried to help. I plan to switch out the pictures for high resolution pictures before I publish the site.

    Thanks!

    and by the way you can highlight that field by quick css:

    #top .avia-datepicker-div td:not(.ui-datepicker-unselectable) a {
        background-color: #0f0;
        color: #000;
    }

    Hi,

    If you enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then you can paste the following shortcode to the page where you want the slider:

    [av_fullscreen size='extra_large' image_attachment='fixed' animation='fade' autoplay='false' interval='5' control_layout='av-control-minimal' scroll_down='aviaTBscroll_down' perma_caption='aviaTBperma_caption']
    [av_fullscreen_slide slide_type='image' id='1057' position='center center' video='' mobile_image='' video_cover='' title='THIS IS A FULLSCREEN SLIDER' custom_title_size='55' custom_content_size='' caption_pos='caption_center' link_apply='button button-two' link='lightbox' link_target='' button_label='Learn more' button_color='light' link1='manually,#next-section' link_target1='' button_label2='Buy now' button_color2='light' link2='manually,#next-section' link_target2='' font_color='' custom_title='' custom_content='' overlay_enable='aviaTBaviaTBoverlay_enable' overlay_opacity='0.7' overlay_color='#000000' overlay_pattern='' overlay_custom_pattern='']
    The slider stretches across the whole screen. You can set multiple fullscreen sliders per page if you want to.
    [/av_fullscreen_slide]
    [av_fullscreen_slide slide_type='image' id='480' position='center center' video='' mobile_image='' video_cover='' title='' custom_title_size='55' custom_content_size='' caption_pos='caption_center' link_apply='button button-two' link='lightbox' link_target='' button_label='Learn more' button_color='light' link1='manually,#next' link_target1='' button_label2='Buy now' button_color2='light' link2='manually,#' link_target2='' font_color='' custom_title='' custom_content='' overlay_enable='aviaTBaviaTBoverlay_enable' overlay_opacity='0.7' overlay_color='#000000' overlay_pattern='' overlay_custom_pattern=''][/av_fullscreen_slide]

    [av_textblock size='' font_color='' color='' admin_preview_bg='']
    This slider stretches across the whole screen. You can set multiple sliders per page and also set their properties individually. Like, for example, the background image behaviour (parallax anyone?), image color overlays, captions, etc
    [/av_textblock]

    [/av_one_half][av_one_half min_height='' vertical_alignment='' space='' custom_margin='' margin='0px' padding='0px' border='' border_color='' radius='0px' background_color='' src='' background_position='top left' background_repeat='no-repeat' animation='' mobile_display='']

    I want the words on top of the three images. I want it to link to the page I want it to go to so when you click the words it goes to the correct page. And I want the three images to be spread out to the width of the slider image and no gaps in between images. Just like the sample website I sent you guys on the very first day I had the request. Masonry doesn’t achieve what i showed you as a sample.

    Hi
    I would like help to make the logo be left and above menu.
    Have a header widget to the right above the menu (for social icons & phone number)
    I’d like them to have a transparent background, so you can see the page background image
    Also have the menu (not logo or widget) stick to the top when scrolling
    So the header looks similar to http://thecrestbyronbay.com.au/ however has a header widget to the right (also above menu)
    However the site I am working on is on my local host so you can’t log in.

    If someone can help that would be fantastic

    Cheers Dave

    I already have a gravity form set up at boardwalkcleaning.com. I want to have a side window that shows price, like here: http://demo.gravityforms.com/build-a-pizza/

    That is just a normal total field that has been positioned over on the right with CSS. It’s not a total in a widget or anything like that. Here is the actual CSS used for that, I just don’t know where the custom css goes to make this work! Would love some advice!

    @import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Source+Sans+Pro');

    body .gform_wrapper span.ginput_total {
        width: 100%;
        text-align: center;
        padding: 6px 10px;
        -webkit-border-radius: 8px;
        -moz-border-radius: 8px;
        border-radius: 8px;
        background-color: #c4df9b;
        font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif;
        font-weight: 700 !important;
        font-size: 4em;
        text-shadow: 1px 1px 1px #daf2b6;
        margin: 0 auto !important;
        display: -moz-inline-stack;
        display: inline-block;
    }

    body .gform_wrapper .top_label li.gfield.hidden-total.gfield_price label.gfield_label {
        padding: 203px 0px 3px 0px;
        background-image: url("http://rgsharedweb.s3.amazonaws.com/images/demo/gpizza_chef.png");
        background-repeat: no-repeat;
        background-position: center top;
        width: 100%;
        text-align: center;
        margin-top: -35px;
    }

    /* media queries - portrait mode tablet or desktop styles */

    @media only screen and (min-width: 761px) {

        body .gform_wrapper li.gfield.hidden-total.gfield_price {
            position: fixed;
            right: 30px;

    Hallo Mike,

    i i tried your anchor solution but the problem is that the page works fine besides the ipad-problem. if i add the anchor css above, it will add on top of the existing offset. I end up having a double height. The suggested plugin has no effect on the page :-(

    I have no idea why apple is executing the code differently than other browsers…

    Best,

    When I opened this ticket, it was only a problem on the mobile.
    Now the tab section looks very wrong on the desktop too. And I have not changed anything in the meantime…
    Very odd. There is no content in tab 1-3, and in 4-6 it is moved around.

    Hello
    I’ve looked at a ton of other posts and can’t quite get this to work properly.

    I’m using a fullwidth 3 column masonry grid with a large gap. I’ve made the masonry background bright green to show the positioning, plus orange for the container, again to see how things are being displayed.

    I want to change the default 10px masonry that is green to 8px for the top and bottom (to match the 3 col grid I’m using above), and 0px left and right, and also fullwidth for the left and right 3 column images stretch right to full width to hide the green band at left, and the smaller bit of red band for the images on the right.

    I also tried making it a no gap masonry but couldn’t get each box to have a border of 8px for right and bottom, which I hoped could work because then the grid is fullwidth.

    Please advise; I’ve spent ages trying to get this to be full width and work – here’s some of my attempts! Thanks :)

    .main_color .av-masonry {
    background-color: #33cc00;
    /* margin-left: -10px; */
    }

    .av-masonry-entry .av-inner-masonry-content {
    background: rgba(255,255,255,0) !important;
    }

    .av-masonry-container {
    background-color: #ff3300;
    /* background-color: transparent;
    border-bottom: 8px #2ed900 solid !important;
    border-top: 8px #2ed900 solid !important; */
    }

    .av-masonry-entry:nth-child(1) {
    /* border-left: 18px #fff solid;
    border-right: 8px #fff solid; */
    }

    .av-large-gap.av-flex-size .av-masonry-entry .av-inner-masonry {
    /* margin-right: 8px;
    margin-bottom: 8px; */
    }

    I was hoping to expand a 1 column background color for the entirety of a grid row cell.
    I was also hoping to figure out how to get that box to the bottom area of the cell instead of at the top. Any ideas?

    #815154

    Hi,

    Please add this to your CSS: background-size: contain

    So the latter part of your code will be like this:

    .header-scrolled .logo a {
        background: url(_SCROLLED_LOGO_URL_HERE_) no-repeat top center;
        background-size: contain;
    }

    Best regards,

    Now there is a grey keyline around the border on mobile and desktop versions. How do I remove that?

    Many thanks

    Hey Frank,

    Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:

    #top .fullsize .template-blog .post .entry-content-wrapper > *,
    #top .fullsize .template-blog .post .entry-content-wrapper {
    max-width: 100%;
    }

    If that doesn’t work, please provide a link to your site, showing the elements in question.
    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sarah

    Hello Kriesi,

    Thanks for the great support and theme. I’ve been looking through several closed tickets regarding changing the caption on images however most are for changing the caption position of the slider. I have a full width slider on the top of the page and then within the page, I am trying to have images with the caption a specific heading (h2) so that the font is the same as the slider font. Unfortunately the default caption font on images is different than the font on Sliders.
    How can I have the caption on an image the same font style as my headings but also a specific size (18px) just for these image captions? I would also want the captions centered and towards the bottom of the image.

    ***Image with sample of end result below.

    Thank you!

    Hi, So I think I spoke too soon on this topic. The Events page is containing the calendar and sidebar as it should, BUT… if you advance to the next month to see the next month’s calendar all of a sudden the sidebar is being displayed BELOW the calendar. And if you advance yet another month the sidebar is duplicated yet again. I am close to launching the site the my client is freaking out, can you please help me resolve this correctly so its not an ongoing issue?

    You can view the problem here… just click to the see the next months calendar ad scroll down and you will see the sidebar appearing at the bottom of the page. http://northshore.motomotodesigns.com/events

    A thought is to actually integrate this plugin into your theme. I like Enfold and have a few upcoming jobs that I would like to use in on but all of them requite the events calendar. Currently Avada incorporates it and has a sidebar option for the calendar page so one doesn’t have jump thought so many hoops just to get a calendar with a sidebar. That should be a standard option. I prefer Enfold to Avada as it is just a nicer working experience but this is a critical feature for some organizations and not having this flexibility makes it impossible to use Enfold. Please help me make Enfold the only theme I need.

    Thanks
    Joe

    This code works for no device ( you can check yourself)

    .anchor {
    display: block!important;
    height: 100px!important;
    margin-top: -100px!important;
    visibility: hidden;
    }

    This code works fine for all browser WITHOUT Chrome (and for mobile devices I use the CSS you provided first)

    .anchor { padding-top: 90px; }

    Hi buergelin-media,

    Looks fine on my end, please clear your browser cache and check again. The code Yigit gave you should only work for screens sizes less that 767px, son it should be on on desktop.

    In reply to: Hide border

    Hi micropoleinstitut,

    1. Please try this in Quick CSS:

    #top .social_bookmarks li {border:none !important}

    2. You can remove the separator between menu items in Header > Header Layout. Under Separator between menu items, please choose No Separator.

    3. Please try this in Quick CSS:

    #header .avia_mega_div .units {border-right:none! important}

    Please let us know if you need further help.

    Hey there,

    i fixed the menu for the mobile view with the following code:

    .responsive #top #header {
    position: fixed !important;
    }

    Sadly the sliderimage is cropped now. Is there a possible to get the sliderimage a little bit lower in mobile view only?
