Hey Tilman,
Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:
#top h1 a {color: #000 !important;}
Feel free to adjust the color to suit :)
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
I tested Sarah’s settings on my localhost, and added “!important;” to it for it to work.
#top .fullsize .template-blog .post .entry-content-wrapper > *,
#top .fullsize .template-blog .post .entry-content-wrapper {
max-width: 100%!important;}

Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Typically you can change the menu color in the Enfold Theme Options > Advanced Styling > and choose the menu items in the drop down. Sometimes when using a demo to create a child theme, one of the menu colors will be a blank and choosing a color will fix the issue. But your login didn’t give us full access, so I couldn’t do this. I did write some css. Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:
#top #wrap_all .av-main-nav ul > li > a, #top #wrap_all .av-main-nav ul > li > a:hover { background-color: #0080b3!important; color: white!important; border-color: #0080b3!important;}
#top #header .av-main-nav > li:hover > a { background-color: #0080b3!important; color: white!important; }
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:
#welcome .template-page.content {padding-top: 0px!important; }
#after_full_slider_0 .template-page.content {padding-bottom: 10px!important; }
Try testing different column-gap setting in your code above, I couldn’t test as the login doesn’t give full access.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi all,
So i came across this site – http://www.wideeyecreative.com/work/
And would like to know how to recreate the top section (blue) i believe it’s called parallax, when the bottom section looks like it’s scrolling over the top? (hope i explained that correctly)
Closest i’ve come to recreating this effect is a fullscreen slider, but that takes up the whole viewport (for obv reasons) really like how on this site, it’s like 75% and you can you see the pieces below.
Hi,
Great, glad you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi, again! I found a thread that gave me the following code:
#welcome .avia_textblock {
-webkit-column-count: 2;
-moz-column-count: 2;
column-count: 2;
-webkit-column-gap: 40px;
-moz-column-gap: 40px;
column-gap: 40px;
}
When I used it, the columns did flow from the first to the second. Yay! However, that created a couple of spacing issues that I don’t know how to fix. I’d appreciate your taking another look at my Welcome section for the issues below:
1) You’ll see there’s a big space between the “Welcome to A Bridge to Achievement” header and the text below. I checked all the settings and the padding seems to be 0 everywhere. Can you help with that, please?
2) You’ll see that the top line in the left column sits a little bit below the top line in the right column. Can you please let me know how to fix that.
I appreciate the help!
Thanks for your help Mike.
No, it’s not only when I want to save a template. The advanced layer editor will also stop respondning if I save draft, or preview – which is how I originally ran into this.
Just now I did exactly like this:
I disabled all WP plugins from chrome.
I closed chrome.
I opened edge and I rebuilt the page exactly as I did before, from scratch.
It stopped responding at the exact same place – after adding text, into the text box.
It seems like the only option that remains then, would be a full reinstall of the theme?
I never did that before – but I suspect it’s akin to wiping your harddrive – and I will have to rebuild all the content once more – is this true?

Thanks, that helps for mobile, awesome!
I also need help when text is highlighted on desktop versions. Can you help with that as well?
Hi,
Oh I see, each is a different color, then please remove and try this:
#top .av-tab-arrow-container:nth-child(1) span {
background-color: #2C77BA !important;
}
If this don’t work then remove it too so I can test different code.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Try adding this:

Hi Kriesi team !
I have a bug on the Tab Section of the home page. The arrow, the logo and the font are white when I arrive on the page. I defined a blue color but it stay white as you can see on the picture in private.
I called the post “bug” because the color tab section on http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/tab-section/ is working on my laptop and computer.
Thanks in advance.
Romainp841.
Hey designamy,
I’m not sure I understand, your front page has a slider, a color section with 4 text boxes, another color section with one text box, and then a post slider and a testimonials widget.
It looks the same to me for both mobile and desktop, this is what you want right?
If it’s still looking different for you, please clear your cache and take screenshots so we can see what you see.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi Yigit,
Thanks for the response.
I m not sure what do you mean? It says there are no updates available and I have both user name and api keys populated. I thought this should be done automatically? (can you please confirm this) I am running 3.4.3. I also understand you are saying there is 4.0.7 but it won’t update as there are no updates? Even though, the best practices tell us to keep everything up to date, I don’t think thats the issue here, but you guys are the experts.
As i said in my original post some links work and others dont which again makes me wonder if this has to do with theme version as none would work if there was version issue here. Also, I am not sure if you read, but this is mobile iPhone 6s (if it makes difference) specific behavior as desktop version is ok.
firstplayinfantmassage.com on home page: full width button on the bottom of the page (learn more) and then on our story page: it is last person ,Kasey, neither links respond to a tap.
Thanks again
Hi, I love this theme!
I’ve run into a snag recently, that is driving me bonkers.
I have WP 4.8 installed, with Enfold 4.0.7 installed. On desktop screens, it works, but mobile acts like the home page is set to Posts (or not set). On the Enfold Theme Options page, the frontpage is set to static page > Home. A quick check on my iPhone 7, shows me a mobile page of posts only (with menu, etc), but not the Home page. Upon further digging, the Appearance > Customize page is still set to Front Page Displays > Your latest posts. So, I try to change that to be A Static Page > Home, however, when I click Save and Publish, it spins for a second and then shows the Save and Publish button again (not Saved). A quick check on the iPhone, shows the same mobile page of posts.
I did some more troubleshooting, changed themes to the prior theme Magnificent, used the Appearance > Customize option to set the home page to Home, click Save and Publish – it Saved…check the phone, it shows me the home page. So, my conclusion is that it must be something I’m missing in the Enfold setup…. Any suggestions?
Thank you so much for your time!
amy.
Hi,
I see right now you are using:
.anchor {
display: block!important;
height: 100px!important;
margin-top: -100px!important;
visibility: hidden;
}
I just tested in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on the first two anchors and they are working for me in desktop, tablet, and mobile. Yet you say it’s not working for you at all? I’m sure you cleared your cache too right? :)
Best regards,
Mike
Hi Kriesi,
I try to change the format of the special header in my grid row. For the grid row at the top of the page, it works well (color, size..). But for all the grid row below, it didn’t work with the same setting.
Thanks,
Marc
Hi guys,
I’f tried to change the breadcrumb seperator into this: ‘»’ with this method: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/change-breadcrumb-separator/
When I change the code in the enfold-theme file, it works, when I copy the file to the enfold-child folder, with the include in the functions.php my site gives an 500 server error.
How can i fix this?
Hi,
Great, glad you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

Hi guys,
I am new to this platform so forgive me if I place this message on a wrong topic.
Recently I build a website with Icons on the homepage.
I have used the standard icons from the Enfold theme
Unfortunately I can see the Icons only on my mobile phone and it shows Chinese characters/square blocks if you visit the website by desktop.
The theme is up to date and I can not find the problem so far…
Could someone help me please?
Cheers!
Hi,
